| | | Event Details - MVFB Spring Pantry Raid | | | | |  | | | | | Event Name: MVFB Spring Pantry Raid | | | | | | Date: Saturday, March 21, 2009 | | | | | | Location: Pawtucketville, Dracut and Tyngsboro | | | | | | Description: The Merrimack Valley Food Bank, Dracut Food Pantry and Salvation Army Food Pantry are planning a Neighborhood Food Drive, know as The Pantry Raid. At this time, food assistance agencies struggle to keep enough non-perishable food on their shelves to feed the neediest populations in our communities. With your help, we can provide food to our neighbors.
March 21-26 - Distribute empty bags with flyers attached to homes in designated areas (Pawtucketville, Dracut and Tyngsboro). Maps and bags will be provided.
Saturday, March 28, 10am-2pm - Pick up full bags from the same area in which your team dropped off and bring them to our truck, which will be parked in each neighborhood.
