Requirements
Experienced in completing some or all of the following:
• Soil, groundwater and other remediation projects from initial site investigation, remediation alternative evaluation/selection, through remedial design and construction including process systems for groundwater treatment.
• Design and construction for water, wastewater and stormwater systems.
• Will be required to prepare reports, plans, permits, specifications, cost estimates, assist with proposals, and perform occasional field work. Must be detail-oriented, quality-focused and a team player with the ability to meet any challenge. Able to travel throughout New England for projects.
• The successful candidate also has the opportunity to assist on construction management assignments and participate in NEPA-related projects.
Qualifications
Essentials:
• 4 to 8 years of experience with civil and/or environmental projects
• Environmental, Civil, Chemical or Mechanical degree required; PE preferred; EIT required.
• Mechanical process and design/build experience preferred
•

Assist the Operations and Maintenance team with the day to day operations of treatment facility activities, records management, and associated project deliverables at various locations in New England.
Requirements
-Assist Chief Plant Operator with routine operations of complex wastewater/water treatment plants and simple treatment systems.
-Provide day to day monitoring and operation of equipment and perform maintenance activities. Some work may require the use of Level B and Level C respiratory and dermal protection.
-Perform cleanup and housekeeping tasks for equipment, work area, and grounds.
-Assist Project/Site Managers with coordination of field activities and management of staff/subcontractors to support the operations and maintenance of plants and systems, and other project activities.
-Must be capable of paying extreme attention to detail on project deliverables. Attention to quality control components of plant operations, remediation systems, and wastewater and process treatment technologies.
-Fieldwork focused position. Fieldwork may include O&M of treatment systems as well as groundwater, soil, air and other media sample collection at locations within the New England region.
- Routine travel throughout New England may be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance work.
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial waste treatment or wastewater treatment work.
- OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and current OSHA 8-hr HAZWOPER refresher(s) preferred.
- Massachusetts Grade 3I (or higher) Waste Water Treatment Plant Operators License required or ability to acquired within 3 months and or upgrade to a 4I within 6 months.
- Familiar with MS Word™, MS Excel™, and MS Outlook ™.

• Building code and consulting experience for educational, government, and commercial facilities

Requirements
• Work will involve environmental investigation, hazardous waste site characterization and remediation projects under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), New Hampshire Contaminated Site Management program, and environmental due diligence for property transfers.
• Comprehensive Environmental Resource and Conservation Liability Act (CERCLA) and/or Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) projects will also require investigation and site characterization under these programs.
• Contribute to business development efforts including preparation of proposals for follow-on and new opportunities are required. Assist with preparation of technical scopes of works, cost estimates and schedules.
Qualifications
• 12+ years experience with environmental site characterization and remediation projects.
• Geology or Environmental Science degree, PG required, LSP a plus.
• Familiarity with the MCP and/or Env-Or 600.
• CERCLA and RCRA experience a plus;
• 40 HR OSHA HAZWOPER training required.

• Identify and develop clients to provide geotechnical and civil engineering services. Conduct client/business development and prepare proposals to support base line workload required for the office.
• Effectively communicate with clients and present technical information.
Work will include managing design teams and developing junior staff.
Qualifications
• B.S. degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering required. M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering required if candidate has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Registration in at least one New England state. A minimum 12 years of geotechnical engineering experience in inspection, planning, design, and construction phase services associated with horizontal and vertical construction.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience conducting dam and levee inspections and/or certifications.
• Experience with environmental restoration projects is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Qualifications
• Business degree in Marketing, Journalism, or other Business related field required.
• Eight or more years of direct Federal and government proposal experience with thorough understanding of Federal government proposal development. Four years experience with Federal RFP format, and awareness of the inter-relationship of individual section requirements.
• Must have outstanding ability to work with people at all levels and must be a team player.
• Must have strong writing/editorial skills and be an energetic self-starter who can effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Must be able work overtime, and travel when required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required; capabilities in Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and other graphics software are required.
