HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR Job Description Administer Watermark’s Corporate Health and Safety Program with consideration given to occupational federal and state health and safety regulations and proactive Health and Safety practices. Act as the key contact and point person for all programs, training and actions related to Watermark’s Corporate Health and Safety Program. Requirements • Play a leadership, proactive role in creating and implementing a zero incident policy and corporate culture • Identify and implement continuous improvements to Watermark’s Corporate Health and Safety Program • Develop and administer training programs for staff on accident prevention to maintain safety awareness. Training includes OSHA 8 hour refresher, RCRA, DOT, etc • Analyze safety conditions and recommend changes to continuously improve safety performance • Perform new hire orientations, prepare and review health and safety plans and manuals for ongoing and future operations at various work sites • Complete on-site safety audits and reports. Position: Staff Scientist/Geologist

Position may require some travel throughout New England. STAFF SCIENTIST/GEOLOGIST Job Description Conduct multi-media sampling (soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, indoor air, etc.); oversee advancement of soil and rock borings, and the installation of groundwater monitoring wells. Also perform ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s). Assist with development of technical reports while working with senior professional staff on multiple projects mixed between the office and field. Requirements Comprehensive Environmental Resource and Conservation Liability Act (CERCLA) and/or Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) experience required. Must also have experience in environmental investigation, hazardous waste site characterization and remediation projects under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) and for environmental due diligence purposes. Must be detail-oriented and quality focused with the ability to meet any challenge. Willingness to travel throughout New England. Qualifications • 7 to 10 years experience with environmental site characterization and remediation projects; • Geology or Environmental Science degree preferred; • Familiarity with the MCP; • CERCLA and RCRA experience a plus; • 40 HR OSHA training; health and safety conscious preferred; • Strong technical writing , organizational and communication skills; • Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel; and • AutoCAD Experience a plus.
