		Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator

		Company: Watermark

		Start Date: 9/1/2010

		Desc: Job Requirements • Drive Accounts Payable processes and procedures in the Watermark way. • Assist members of the accounting and finance team with various accounting tasks • Interact with all levels of Management • Shared responsibility with vendor management including: data entry of vendor invoices; matching of invoices with purchase orders; review and reconciliation of vendor accounts • Respond to vendor inquiries related to statements and discrepancies • Responsible for weekly check runs • Prepare billing and supporting documentation • Responsible for time reporting entry; filing and special tasks as they arise • Respond to the time-critical demands of the accounting team Qualifications • Entry level with 2-5 years experience in an accounting environment • Minimum of 2 years college courses in Business and/or Finance; Degree preferred (additional education may be substituted for experience) • Great time management skills and highly detailed oriented • Relevant experience with accounting department operations • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills • Strong computer skills including experience using MS Word, Excel, and Accounting Software
