 |  | .jpeg) | | Matt Fitzpatrick Matt conceived the idea of YPGL at a Lowell Plan business breakfast in June 2005, and subsequently co-founded the group with Amy Werner. A Boston College graduate raised in Lowell, Matt firmly believes that the future economic viability of Greater Lowell lies in the hands of young career people. When not working with YPGL, Matt is the Vice President of Investment Advisory at Enterprise Bank, and also enjoys boating, saltwater fishing, music and reading. |

 |  |  | | Win Brown Winfield Brown serves as Vice President of Administration for Lowell General Hospital. Prior to joining Lowell General, he served as Vice President of Planning, Marketing and Development at Northern Berkshire Healthcare.
After earning his B.A. in Economics from Bates College, Brown received his Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He also holds an M.S. in Business from Husson College in Bangor, Maine.
Brown is a Fellow in the the American College of Healthcare Executives and is currently the Regent representing Massachusetts to the College. He is a board member of the Health Care Management Association of Massachusetts and a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. He serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell and d'Youville Senior Care.

 |  |  | | Susan de Mari Susan serves as Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Lowell Five. Susan grew up in Dracut and currently resides in Tyngsboro. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and received a Master of Arts in Regional Economic and Social Development from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. She also serves on the Greater Lowell Workforce Investment Board, Lowell Development and Financial Corporations Downtown Venture Fund Subcommittee, and is a corporator for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell. |

 |  |  | | Christopher Dick Chris was born and raised in Tewksbury with deep roots in Lowell . A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chris is the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Trinity EMS. In addition to YPGL, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Lowell YMCA as well as volunteering at various charities. Chris is also an avid Red Sox and Patriots Fan. |

 |  |  | | Pete Lally Pete Lally is a Lowell resident who currently serves as the Assistant General Manager for the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, and is also an adjunct professor in the music business department at UMass Lowell. Pete is on the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce’s executive board of directors, and is also on the board of directors for the Lowell Boys and Girls Club. Pete is a graduate of the University of Miami, and enjoys boating and skiing. |

 |  |  | | Allison Lamey Allison is a Lowell resident who serves as the Associate Planner for the Consolidated Plan Programs at the City of Lowell's Division of Planning and Development. She is responsible for administering Lowell's federal entitlement grants, including the Community Development Block Grant program and is active with Lowell's non-profit agencies. Allison attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Masters in Regional Planning. |

She is the Executive Director of the Battles Home, a member of the Brooks School Alumni Board and a Corporator of Lowell General Hospital. Ginger is also actively involved with the Summer Programs of Greater Lowell and Lowell General Hospitals' Teamwalk committee. |
